Refund Policy

Order Processing & Shipping We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within three business days, pending product availability and credit verification. Please note that Nobody Cares Run Club is a small, five-person team, so occasional delays may occur. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation after a few days, feel free to send us a reminder email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Duties & Taxes Duties and taxes are based on your purchase’s value, where the items were made, and your shipping destination. These charges are collected by your local customs authority, and we cannot provide refunds for foreign transaction fees. For more details, please consult your local customs website. International customs duties are not included in your shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds You can return merchandise for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of your purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund once we’ve issued it.
